About the Group

From the temple-city of Mathura to a defining presence in North India.

Karmyogi Group began its real estate journey in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, in 1983. Over four decades, it has earned recognition for landmark developments — from sprawling residential townships and integrated commercial complexes to industrial parks and shopping destinations.

Today, the Group commands a significant land bank in Surajkund, abutting the South Delhi border, where it is conceptualizing golf-course township development, residential complexes, integrated townships, eco-tourism and wellness centric real estate concepts. Its current flagship, Anand Nagar and Panchtatva Villas in Mathura, embodies the Group's signature approach: wide roads, landscaped parks, integrated retail, and modern community infrastructure.
